All Timmery jewelry is both handmade AND final sale. Timmery prides herself on using quality materials to make one of a kind items. All jewelry is mailed in a box within a poly mailer to prevent as much in transit damage as possible.  Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shop@timmery.com if any items received are defective or damaged, so that we can investigate and correct the issue ASAP!
