How long will it take for my custom shoes to be made?

 

Generally it takes about 7 - 10 business days for custom shoe production. If you need a rushed order, please email us and we can make this happen at an extra cost.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

If your order has any customs items (shoes), please allow at least 7 - 10 business days before your items are shipped. If you order a print or canvas piece larger than 8 x 10, please allow at least 3 days before we ship out as we print on demand and source to an outside U.S. printing company. Otherwise expect your order to be shipped the same day if ordered before 5pm CST and the next business day if ordered after 5pm CST.

Part of my order is missing

 

In this case, OOPS....our total bad! We are only human. We do our absolute best, but please notify us via email and we will be sure to ship out your missing items ASAP!

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

All major credit cards are accepted. You may also pay using PayPal.

Our payment methods are safe, secure, and entrusted. So YES!!!

What if I can't find my shoe size?

 

If you are in search of a shoe size that is not listed, please email us. We can mostly like provide larger sizes per request with on extra cost.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes, we will provide you with your order tracking number once shipped.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

Again, OOPS....our total bad! We are only human. We do our absolute best, but please notify us via email and we will be sure to ship out your correct items! And because the mistake is on us feel free to keep the items already sent. Unless you don't want them and we will send you return shipping to have them sent back to us.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

Oh no! In this case, you must email us within 24 hours of your placed order with your discount code and we will refund you the difference. After 24 hours this option is not available.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

As of now, we have two shipping options; Domestic Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) & Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days). We are still working out our International Shipping costs, so bare with us!
